04.01.2010 - Free e-services counselling in post officesFrom the 4th January in the frame of the project "Come Along!" the advisers will introduce in the post office both Estonian Post as well as other public e-services. From the 4th January in the frame of the project "Come Along!" the advisers will introduce in the post office both Estonian Post as well as other public e-services. 4th-5th January in Türi, Püssi, Põlva, Antsla, Hargla,Sindi,Saku,Loksa post office and Lihula and Tõrremäe post point is possible under the guidance of professional advisers to get free consultation on how to use e-services, ID card, Mobile ID and digital signature. Counselling is available in post offices from Monday to Friday at 10.00-14.00. In addition to various e-services development, is very important to deal with their continual introduction and demonstration. Web-based operations are quick and convenient - for example at home on the couch, from the website of the Estonian Post can be ordered periodicals, philatelic products, self designed postage stamp, to send a gift to a friend, or keep track of the shipment route. One counselling session lasts about 10-15 minutes, it's free and advice is provided in both Estonian and Russian languages. Feedback on the needs and experiences of e-services is also collected from people. All, who are attending the sessions is necessary to have the ID card and PIN code (PIN1 as if PIN2). If the PIN is forgotten or lost, a new code can be received from Migration Board customers’ service (for free) or Swedbank and SEB bank branches (fee 30 EUR). "Come Along!" is the project initiated by Vaata Maailma (See the World) SA, EMT, Elion and MicroLink, which aims to organize computer trainings for 100 000 people, and during the next three years to bring the Internet use to additional 50 000 families. Training is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund in amount of three million kroons.
