Express Mail Service An international express mail service, which is provided within the framework of the Universal Postal Convention, and which enable documents and package deliveries to be sent quickly foreign countries. Deliveries can be handed over at the nearest post office throughout Estonia or by ordering at a pick-up from the sender’s location. Minimum dimensions: 90 mm x 140 mm Maximum weight based on the requirements of the destination country up to 30 kg Maximum dimensions based on the requirements of the destination country: longest side 1500 mm; length + circumference 3000 mm Requirements for the weight and dimensions are available HERE. Document deliveries can be packaged in special envelopes with EMS logos (included in the delivery price) Fragile and other delicate items are not accepted for delivery by EMS service.
