Domestic Standard Letters

A letter that only contains paper media is deemed a standard letter. Letters, documents, and postcards can be sent as standard letters. It’s important to ensure that the packaging and dimensions of a letter meet the standard requirements and that, most importantly, the letter is properly addressed.

Weight and dimensions:

  • Maximum weight: 250 g
  • Minimum dimensions: 90 mm x 140 mm
  • Maximum dimensions: 229 mm x 324 mm x 5 mm

Standard letters can be sent as regular mail, registered mail, or insured mail.

  • Regular standard letters are delivered to recipients through their mailboxes.
  • Registered standard letters are delivered to addressees at their residence or location against their signature. One delivery attempt will be made. If the mail cannot be delivered, notification of the arrival of the mail will be left in the addressee’s mailbox, based on which the mail will be issued to the addressee at the post office.
  • Insured standard letters are delivered to addressees at their residence or location against their signature. One delivery attempt will be made. If the mail cannot be delivered, notification of the arrival of the mail will be left in the addressee’s mailbox, based on which the mail will be issued to the addressee at the post office.
